ParentEd SEAG Summer Programme

The ParentEd SEAG Summer Course provides a clear, structured path through the summer months to the November transfer tests. The course is designed to deliver two practice papers each week (one English and one Maths) to ensure a consistent, high-impact routine without last-minute panic—but you can completely work at your own pace to fit your family's summer schedule.

Skills Assessed & Progressive Difficulty

The papers are built to mirror the official SEAG specification, covering a rigorous mix of:

  • Mathematics: Arithmetic, logic, data interpretation (timetables, charts, Venn diagrams), and complex problem-solving.

  • English: Reading comprehension, grammar, punctuation, and spelling tracking.

Rather than overwhelming students all at once, the papers get progressively harder as the weeks advance. This incremental step-up in difficulty naturally builds your child's stamina, analytical skills, and confidence.

Immediate, Dual-Targeted Feedback

The moment a paper is completed, both you and your child receive detailed feedback immediately. This instant turnaround turns every assessment into an immediate learning opportunity:

  • For your child: They get clear, instant clarity on any slips, allowing them to start practicing what they need to improve right away.

  • For you: You are provided with step-by-step guidance, common pitfalls to look out for, and strategic parent tips, so you know exactly what to help them with and how.

Structured. Supported. Successful.

📅 How It Works

  • Self-Paced Learning: You can work your way through the papers completely at your own pace, even though the course is designed for 1 Maths and 1 English paper per week.

  • Full Access From Start: Signing up gives you immediate access to all the papers released so far, making it easy to fit practice around your summer schedule.

  • Progressive Difficulty: The papers target essential SEAG-style skills and get progressively harder each week, steadily building your child's stamina and confidence.

  • Instant, Dual-Targeted Feedback: The moment a paper is submitted, both you and your child receive results immediately.

  • Targeted Support: Your child can instantly get practicing what they need, while you get step-by-step guidance showing you exactly what to help them with and how.

Our Approach

We don’t overload children with endless worksheets.

We use a structured, progressive model where:

  • Topics are covered

  • Skills are revisited

  • Weak areas are identified

  • Knowledge builds gradually

  • Challenge increases steadily

By the time November arrives, nothing feels unfamiliar.

Who Is This For?

This programme is ideal if:

✔ You are supporting your child at home
✔ Your child attends a tutor and you want to track progress
✔ You want structured practice between tutoring sessions
✔ You want clarity on strengths and gaps

Four weeks of structured SEAG practice costs less than a single tutoring session — while giving you measurable progress each week.
